Our Policy
ORDER PROCESS
All LE STAR BRIDAL dresses are made to order, so to begin production we require that the policy form be read, the order form be signed and submitted along with payment.
SIZES
All LE STAR BRIDAL designers’ collection of dresses are made from standard sizes and are ordered by size only. After taking measurements, we will work with you to establish the correct size category per each designer. We recommend choosing the larger size if you fall in between sizes. It is easier to take in a garment than to let one out. If measurements are taken elsewhere, the customer is responsible for them and if a new dress is needed due to incorrect size, the customer will be charged full price. Depending on the designer, there may be an additional charge for additional hem lengths. We recommend pregnant and post-pregnant customers choose a larger size based upon final measurements taken at time of order. If a customer becomes pregnant and the order has already been processed, LE STAR BRIDAL is not held responsible for making a new dress and the customer will be charged full price for one.
ACCESSORIES
Wraps, sashes, handbags, jewelry and all other accessories are made to order as well. These items are additional costs not included with garments. Prices will vary due to individual designers.
ALTERATIONS
We offer in-house alteration service at an additional charge.
LEAD TIMES
LE STAR BRIDAL recommends that you place your orders at least 14-16 weeks for bridesmaids dresses and 18-20 weeks for bridal gowns. This is to ensure fabric availability as well as allow for alterations. This is an average time, which is not guaranteed, as production may vary for each designer. Rush orders can be made and time periods vary for each designer.
PAYMENT
LE STAR BRIDAL requires that 60% of the total price be taken at time of order. This is to ensure that production begins. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and personal checks for payment. Garments will not leave LE STAR BRIDAL until paid in full. A $35 fee will be assessed for any returned check, and a $25 fee for declined credit cards.
DELIVERY
For residents that live in or near Virginia all garments are shipped UPS ground at $20.00 per garment. For complete orders shipped to any other location, a $35.00 shipping charge will be added per garment. For orders shipped outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling as well as taxed fees that may be assessed. A $15 forwarding fee will be charged for all returned or rerouted packages due to incorrect shipping address. Please inspect all garments and accessories upon receipt; if there are any issues, we must be notified within 5 days after receipt.
RETURNS
This order is made specifically for you. There are no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. ALL SALES FINAL. |
